The Taking Off The Blinders Programme is not only for project or change managers in the middle of a project. It is also for those who are about to start one. Everyone who wants to leave an organisation in a better state than that in which they found it is encouraged to join.

WHAT TIME/DAYS ARE THE LIVE TRAINING CALLS? CAN I TALK TO STEPHEN?
The Live Coaching Calls are run twice a month on a Tuesday, at 7:30 AM UTC+10. [Sydney AU Tuesday 7:30am, Wellington NZ 9:30am, Los Angeles US 2:30pm, New York US 5:30pm, London UK 10:30pm]You can get the updates and schedules and links to sessions inside the Taking Off The Blinders Linkedin Group (you get access when you join).
Yes, you can ask Stephen questions during the Live Coaching Call, and you’ll be able to get your answers right away.
If there will be any changes, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

I HAVE READ STEPHEN HAY’S BOOK, ‘FLYING BLIND’ - WILL THERE BE NEW MATERIAL IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM?
Thank you for getting your own copy of the book! In the Taking Off The Blinders Programme, everything you have read in the book will be explained in detail with specific steps to implement. You will get more essentials and more visuals. You will also be able to join the Live Q&A Sessions, ask Stephen questions, and connect with other members.
You will also be working with Stephen and other members inside a private Linkedin group, between live coaching calls and you’ll have access 24/7.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO DO THIS COURSE EVERY WEEK?
You’ll be able to finish the entire module in less than 2 hours. Each module has several videos. Each video is no more than 20 minutes in length.

CAN I GET ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM ALL AT ONCE?
The modules will be sent to you every week. That’s one module per week.

WHAT IF I DON’T MAKE IT TO THE LIVE SESSIONS?
Everything is recorded, so you don’t have to worry about missing out. You’ll be able to watch it anytime.
