Situations that warrant such an engagement:

- You are preparing for a restructuring, have the capacity to do it all in-house but want an external perspective from someone who has done it before, elsewhere
- You are about to take on a new position with greater responsibility than before, are confident that you can do it but want the reassurance that you can pick up the telephone at anytime and ask the “burning question”
