Every instance of our consulting services for Executive and Board begins with several in-depth conversations to clarify and shape the issues and identify the best approach to your service organisation’s transformation. This is crucial because we partner with our clients and work side-by-side to establish the strategies and skills that you need to succeed.

We insist on working against clear objectives with well-defined outcomes (what we agree you can expect) and measures (how you’ll know whether your expectations have been met) contributing to your organisation’s strategy, goals, and results. Our work includes looking at the culture, environment, organization, systems, individual relationships, and more.

Engagements are usually completed within one to six months although sizeable client initiatives have required an engagement as long as twelve to twenty-four months.

Stephen has in-depth knowledge and experience in strategy formulation – in particular the transformation of complex service organisations; strategy implementation; and the creation of high-performance organisations.

As an independent advisor, he has a singular purpose: to help his clients meet and exceed their business objectives and exceed stakeholder expectations. His approach is based on a participative process, often using workshops and retreats, that empowers senior executives and board members and strengthens their role within the organisation.
